About this product
The BO (Battery Operated) geared motor is the motor almost every beginner robot in India starts with. It runs happily anywhere between 3 V and 12 V, draws very little current, and at 100 RPM it has enough torque to push a light acrylic chassis across a classroom floor without stalling.
The dual-shaft body is the useful part. Fit a wheel on one side and a slotted encoder disc on the other, and the same motor serves a simple line follower today and a speed-controlled robot next term. Standard BO clamps and 65 mm snap-on wheels fit straight onto the shaft, so nothing has to be filed or glued.
Drive it from an Arduino, NodeMCU or Raspberry Pi through an L298N or L293D module. Order two for a 2WD build and four for a 4WD build. Teachers putting together class sets should write to us for institutional pricing.
