These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Robosix Lab website, online shop and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it. All content (text, graphics, logos and images) is owned by or licensed to Robosix Lab and may not be reproduced without permission.
Products & services
We aim to describe our products, labs and services as accurately as possible. Specifications, availability and prices may change without notice. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
Orders & pricing
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance once we acknowledge your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a price error occurred) and will refund any amount already paid.
- Payment is arranged directly with our team after you place an order; we do not store card or bank credentials on this site.
Delivery, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Custom lab setups and installation services are quoted and agreed individually.
Lab setup & installation services
Robotics lab setups, training and installation are delivered under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timelines, pricing and any ongoing fees. Those terms take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Robosix Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
