About this product
AA cells run flat halfway through a lab session and cost money every time. Four rechargeable 18650 cells in this holder give a robot a proper power pack that can be topped up hundreds of times, and the motors get the steady current they need instead of sagging voltage.
The cells sit in spring contacts in series for a nominal 14.8 V pack, which suits L298N-driven BO and Johnson motors and buck converters feeding an Arduino. A slide switch cuts power at the pack itself, and the 150 mm lead ends in a standard 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC barrel plug that goes straight into an Arduino Uno, a driver module or your own distribution board.
Cells are not included, so you can choose the capacity you need. Please observe cell polarity marked inside the box, and keep young students supervised when handling lithium cells.
