About this product
TPU is rubber you can print. At Shore 95A hardness it bends, squashes and springs back, which opens up a whole category of projects: grippy wheels and tyres for line-following robots, soft robotic grippers, vibration dampers, watch straps, gaskets and phone cases.
Flexible filament is fussy about the extruder path. A direct drive printer such as the Ender-3 V3 SE or Adventurer 5M handles it comfortably; on a Bowden setup expect to slow down and tighten the filament guide. Print at 20 to 40 mm/s with retraction reduced, a 220 to 240 C nozzle and a mildly warm bed.
Spools carry 1 kg net and come in Black, White, Red, Blue and a translucent Natural. TPU absorbs moisture faster than most filaments, so reseal it with the silica pack after every session or keep it in a dry box.
