When a part needs detail that an FDM nozzle simply cannot reach, this is the machine. The Photon Mono 4 uses a 7-inch 10K mono LCD to cure resin layer by layer at a 17 micron XY resolution, so text, threads, jewellery masters and tabletop miniatures come out crisp with almost no visible layer lines.

Setup is quick: level the plate with the four-screw platform, pour resin into the tray, load your sliced file from the USB drive and start. A print runs at up to 70 mm per hour regardless of how many models you place on the plate, which makes it efficient for batches of small parts.

Resin printing needs care, so treat this as a supervised senior-school or hobbyist machine. Work in a ventilated area, wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses, and wash and cure finished parts before handling. Resin, spare FEP films and PPE are not included.
