About this product

PLA+ is the filament ninety percent of your prints should use. It sticks to the bed easily, needs no enclosure, produces almost no smell and is made from plant starch rather than petroleum, which makes it the sensible choice for a room full of students.

The plus in PLA+ is real. eSUN's blend is noticeably tougher and less brittle than plain PLA, so gear teeth and thin clips survive being handled by Class 7 hands. Diameter is held to plus or minus 0.03 mm and the spool is neatly wound, which means fewer tangles and fewer failed overnight prints.

Available in Black, White, Grey, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green and Orange, with 1 kg net on every spool. Print at 205 to 225 C with a 45 to 60 C bed. Tell us your colour in the order notes, or ask us about bulk pricing for school orders.
