About this product
The A2212 1000KV is the workhorse brushless motor of hobby multirotors. Paired with a 30A ESC, a 3S LiPo and a 1045 propeller it produces roughly 800 g of thrust, so a set of four comfortably lifts an F450 class quadcopter with a camera or a small payload.
Each motor ships with a self-tightening prop adapter, a cross mount, four M3 screws and pre-soldered 3.5mm bullet connectors, so it drops straight into a standard build with no machining. The 3.17mm shaft also suits smaller fixed-wing pusher setups and student thrust-test rigs.
Buy in sets of four for a quadcopter and keep one spare per lab - a hard landing usually bends a shaft long before the windings ever fail. Motor direction is set by swapping any two of the three ESC leads.
