Instead of buying four separate robots, this kit builds one chassis that can be any of them. The L293D motor shield stacks on the Arduino Uno and carries all four motors, while the IR line sensors, ultrasonic scanner, Bluetooth module and IR receiver stay mounted at the same time. Switching modes is a matter of uploading a different sketch.

That makes it the most economical choice for a robotics club or a lab that has to serve several batches. One group works on line following while the next takes the same hardware and studies obstacle avoidance, and a strong student can combine modes into a single sketch with a mode-select button, a genuinely challenging exercise in program structure.

Supplied as a kit with the acrylic chassis, four motors and wheels, all sensor modules, screws, spacers and wiring. Four tested sketches, a wiring map and a troubleshooting sheet are included. Expect around two hours for the first build.
